Kaylee gave me a call after I started to fill out a credit application. Then after that Cameron called me as well to set up an appointment. When I first came in through the doors I thought it was just another dealership just wanting to sell me a car.. boy was I wrong. All three of the employees I worked with were very caring about me and what the best thing was for my situation. Me, being 18, new credit... thats any dealerships nightmare customer, but the staff at Zumbrota Ford really showed that they cared for me and what I wanted/needed. I left with a new car and 2 days later received a call from Cameron asking me how I was liking my car! That proved to me that he really did want the customer to be happy! what a great experience!! For sure would recommend all my friends and family and just anyone looking for great customer service and a new car!! More

Along the way he asked if what we were test driving was what we were hoping/looking for and if it wasn't he brought us to a new option. We finalized our shopping experience that day with a new car! Nice experience! I love my new vehicle, it's such a gorgeous car! I get complaints offten. I had found a car I liked but didn't have a towing option and so he checked to see if a tow package could be added to it before I gave up on that car. Loving my 2012 Ford Explorer! More
