He was NOT pushy like a lot of other salesman can be. He asked the types of things I was looking for in a car, asked what cars I was interested in, and showed me the cars I wanted to see. I test drove 3 cars and fell in love with the 2012 Ford Taurus. This was the first time for me buying a car on my own so he did everything he could to make my experience great.Kelly Johnson was also a great help! She walked me through step by step of the financial parts of it and answered all the questions I had for her. Everyone was very friendly at Zumbrota Ford and I look forward to continuing my business with them. More

Kaylee gave me a call after I started to fill out a credit application. Then after that Cameron called me as well to set up an appointment. When I first came in through the doors I thought it was just another dealership just wanting to sell me a car.. boy was I wrong. All three of the employees I worked with were very caring about me and what the best thing was for my situation. Me, being 18, new credit... thats any dealerships nightmare customer, but the staff at Zumbrota Ford really showed that they cared for me and what I wanted/needed. I left with a new car and 2 days later received a call from Cameron asking me how I was liking my car! That proved to me that he really did want the customer to be happy! what a great experience!! For sure would recommend all my friends and family and just anyone looking for great customer service and a new car!! More

Nice experience! I love my new vehicle, it's such a gorgeous car! I get complaints offten.
