Awesome sales guy I thought of Zumbrota Ford when I was in trouble with 2 cars and wanting to trade them both in. I knew Keenan from high school and contacted him via Facebook. Keenan had all the paperwork (minus the finance details) lined up when I walked in the door. He did an awesome part on his end finding a what I wanted and a base deal to work with.. When he handed the sale off to another employee I felt more pressured and there was less trust with that employee is why I rate the dealership lower but Keenan was very pleasant to work with. More
