I had my vehicle towed in 155 miles from Mora, MN to diagnose a brake issue because after several dealers were very shady about what the charge would be to figure out the issue and I decided I would stick with what has worked in the past before I moved north of the area. Myself and my family have dealt with Bud in the service department for years and I knew I would be treated fairly and I was. I dropped the truck off yesterday evening and had a call this morning with an exact diagnosis, explanation, and remedy that is reasonable, fair, and makes sense. I know it does not seem reasonable to most to travel 155 miles to have a vehicle serviced but I will continue to do so knowing that I am going to receive this level of service and this will definitely be the dealership I buy my next Ford from. More

We stopped in just to test drive a F150 and we walked out of Zumbrota Ford a short time later with a new 2017 F150. In the past, at other dealerships we had some level of buyer remorse, where we felt we were pressured into a decision that we were not ready to make. There was absolutely no buyer's remorse with our purchase at Zumbrota Ford. My Wife and I had set a price in our heads where we thought our final price would be. They beat that price by over $2000! Making our negotiations very easy. In addition, I have never been at a dealership where ALL of the employees seemed to be having fun and enjoying their jobs.
