NOT ENOUGH STARS!!!!! Todd Fitzgibbons has sold me two vehicles now and at least five more to my family and friends. I can't find the best words to describe this guy. When Todd Fitzgibbons has sold me two vehicles now and at least five more to my family and friends. I can't find the best words to describe this guy. When I'm shopping with Todd, I don't feel like I'm being harrassed by an eager to make a buck salesman. Todd is friendly, always smiles, never negative, never judgemental and doesn't try to sell me on what I really don't want. He pulled the first truck up and I immediately said "I don't like it". He didn't judge me at all. He simply said, no problem with a smile and pulled up the next one. We found one that I liked and he had me driving my new truck home in less than an hour. I am a General Contractor so I always travel with a lot of tools. My mind was blown when he had an important phone call and while speaking to whom ever on the phone, he was lifting all of my tools with my daughter and myself and transferring them from my old truck to my new one. WOW!! All of my family members and friends that have worked with Todd agree with me when I say that a five star rating is cheating Mr. Fitzgibbons out of the thousand stars that he's actually earned from us. I'm sure that all of Zumbrota Ford staff are awesome but if you get the chance, ask for Todd Fitzgibbons. Oh yeah.....I LOVE MY TRUCK TODD!!!!! More
