Good Buying Experience My husband bought a car at Zumbrota Ford a couple of months ago and had a great experience with Justin, so when I was ready to search for a new car, t My husband bought a car at Zumbrota Ford a couple of months ago and had a great experience with Justin, so when I was ready to search for a new car, that was where I headed. When we went in Justin was busy with another customer and did not want us wasting time waiting around so he gave us to his coworker Andrew. I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and Andrew listened and was helpful in getting me the perfect fit. Our whole experience form beginning to end was a smooth process, and everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with a vehicle that will do everything I want and was within my budget. No one was too pushy like previous car dealership experience, and I feel sometimes as a woman looking for a car the dealers sometimes try to push things on you or ask you to over-spend. This was not the experience at all. I am very pleased with how easy and painless the transaction was, and how personable Andrew was. We could tell he saw us as people and not just numbers. He took the time he needed with us and was a delight to work with. I came back the next day to finish up some business and again had an absolutely wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend Zumbrota Ford and be back there for future vehicle needs! More
