Ryan is a Rockstar Ryan had the whole experience wonderful. I had tons of questions about buying a brand new 2018 Ford Escape and Ryan answered all of my questions. Ryan also searched for my Escape for me, as their wasn't one on the lot at that time. He kept me informed the whole time about my Escape. He even came in on his day off to see what was going on with my Escape. I've had to come up to Zumbrota Ford a couple other times and every time I do. Ryan is always there to greet me and point in the right direction, he also brought me lunch one day while I was waiting for all the paperwork to come through. More

Friendly Service and Worked With My Budget I work as a full time coworker at a gas station. I needed a car for not a lot of money that would last me for some time. And Ryan Skalski and Zumbrota Ford worked their tails off to make sure that I walked away in budget with a car that I loved. As soon as I went into the dealership with my dad, we were greeted by Ryan. Expecting to be upsold, we started the budget at 5,000 and were ready to be pushed up to 6,000 to 7,000. But Ryan worked diligently to find something under 5 grand for us. Honestly I ended up raising my budget to 6 and that would narrow us down to a wonderful Chrysler 200 Touring with only 120,00 miles vehicle that I am loving. But I really want to say, it means a lot to me that as someone who's not working with a lot of money that Ryan and Zumbrota Ford took my budget so seriously. I was allowed to come to the realization naturally that I should spend just a little more to get an excellent car, rather than one to just get by. Ryan was extremely friendly and patient during this process. The deal came with a year of free maintenance, three free oil changes, and a bunch of other coupons. They actually cleaned my car early in the morning, (thank you to the poor gentleman who came in at 5, you're awesome) the day after we put a hold on it and I got to drive it to work that day. Honestly the deal they cut me was really excellent, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to someone on a budget. They worked really hard for me, and I think they will for others. More
