Blessing beyond measure! My wife and I were referred to Sheri and the rest of the Zumbrota Ford team by a friend. My wife is pregnant with our 6th blessing. We are currently d My wife and I were referred to Sheri and the rest of the Zumbrota Ford team by a friend. My wife is pregnant with our 6th blessing. We are currently driving a car that is starting to nickel and dime us and does not have enough space to haul everyone around. I informed Sheri that I did not have good credit. Sheri invited us in and got to know our needs. Sheri was very encouraging and uplifting. She reassured my wife and I that this was going to be a stress free process. I was still thinking there's no way I will be approved my credit has been destroyed by trying to start a family. Within a week Sheri had found the perfect vehicle for our growing family and we were approved by a lender. Sheri invited my wife and I to return to the dealership to test drive the vehicle in what happened to be Minnesota's worst weather. Sheri informed me that the vehicle that we were test driving was from another dealership and we would need to let her know quickly if we were interested as Steve Johnson himself was made aware of our situation and he wanted secure this vehicle for us. After finding the Ford Transit did a great job under tough weather conditions I was sold. Sheri introduced us to Chris Hayes who helped us to crunch numbers and get an approval from a lender. Chris sat with my wife and I until we were satisfied with all aspects of the loan. Chris could have told us take it or leave it but he went the extra to ensure the loan was something we both wanted to go forward with. This team is the real deal. They do not just sell cars. They are truly there to help every step of the way. I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone! They will have my business again and again. We talked about my goals to improve my credit and wanting a safe car to transport my kids and grandchildren in. I never expected to be approved. Sherri Hoffman, Chris Hayes and Jarod Maes went the extra mile finding me a car that I was comfortable with and worked with me. I grew up with little money never thinking I could be a person who owns something more then a $500 beater or buy here pay here car. This has been a great experience and I recommend them to anyone. I only recommend going here for a vehicle because they are very compassionate about their customers and will do everything in their power to help you. Great experience at Zumbrota Ford I heard about Zumbrota Ford on tv. I drove from Austin Minnesota to Zumbrota to see if they could help me get out of a car I did not like. I purchased I heard about Zumbrota Ford on tv. I drove from Austin Minnesota to Zumbrota to see if they could help me get out of a car I did not like. I purchased the car because they were a great company. The first car I looked at couldn't be work out so they suggested a second vehicle which I was more excited about after seeing a couple of the features the car had. The customer service was excellent. They had a fun and relaxing environment no pressure They laid out options and we worked at getting the deal done. I thought I would have to return from Austin the next day to finish the paperwork however they were willing to stay after hours for me not just the sales lady but finance personnel to get a deal together that night two hours after they were suppose to close for the day. I really think this dealership team is great they answered my questions assisted me to help me get into a Ford Fiesta that had a moon roof. I can't wait till the nice weather to open it up. I plan to return to Zumbrota Ford to work with Sheri Hoffman and Nick in the future. More
