Exceptionally good service Our whole experience of buying a car at Zumbrota Ford was excellent. What most impressed me was the interactions with the staff there. They smiled, had good eye contact, appeared very present and were upbeat. We were their a few times and each time were greeted by whoever happened to see us come in and escorted to the lounge area while they contacted the person we had an appointment with.
