In a bind! I recently got news that we’re expecting. I still owed $3000 on a vehicle that was not going to get us from point A to point baby. I stopped into Zumbrota Ford on my day off and Sheri, Pat, and Michael bent over backwards to make sure that I had safe transportation. I didn’t drive off the lot with anything, but a FREE loaner that evening, but they were not letting me leave in my truck that was falling apart. They loaned me a vehicle of the same make and model, that I desired, for two days at NO charge. When I came back with my co-signer, Pat worked quickly and tirelessly to be sure that I could have my 2019 Ford Fiesta that day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone even considering a vehicle. They set me up with a warranty I could refuse and a payment that couldn't be beat. Sheri was so hospitable and friendly. Todd showed me my options for trucks and what he could do to find me the truck I wanted. I was blown away by the effort he put into finding me the truck I wanted. Late at night sending me multiple options. He secured the truck I wanted and when I saw it I knew it was the right truck. He spent all the time I needed showing me the features of it and any questions I had. The customer service Todd showed was second to none.
