Over the top Had no credit but the were able to get me a loan to get me started and after working on my credit they helped me get a nicer newer car that I love. Instead of having me come back the next day again with kids they drove to Rochester and back for a car part. They kept me updated and checked in to see if we needed anything as we waited. We purchased this vehicle from Zumbrota Ford and now have had service with them. I will continue to come back to them for future service and car repairs/regular maintenance. More

Squeezed me in on short notice. Took good care of me. We had an intermittent "check engine light" and we are headed for the Bad Lands, Iowa, Cleveland, Boston, and Vermont during the next two weeks. Obvio We had an intermittent "check engine light" and we are headed for the Bad Lands, Iowa, Cleveland, Boston, and Vermont during the next two weeks. Obviously a serious concern. Intermittent things are often hard to diagnose and long distance travel in some very rural areas and some very congested areas with a potential engine problem is scary. Who wants a dead car in the Bad Lands, or a rough neighborhood as you go around the south side of Chicago, or in downtown Cleveland or Boston? The service dept. was able to squeeze in an appointment on less than a day's notice. We are passing thru from Florida so a MN dealer doesn't owe us anything and isn't likely to see us again. Them finding a way to work on our car, maybe at the expense of one of their regular customers having to wait a little longer, was a big deal we appreciated. The service tech had knowledge of exactly what I described and the shop looked like it was first class so that helped my confidence level immediately. I was given nice treatment in the lounge area -- a couple of the dealer's staff took the time to see if I was comfortable or needed anything. In an hour the car was fixed and we are able to leave on the trip tomorrow as planned. More
