Would not sell car to us! Gave great trade in value, along with options for getting out of our current vehicle and into a new or used car that I was interested in. But when telling me they had a new car lined up in the cities they had to go get on Monday because Saturday was too busy everything began to go downhill fast. On Monday when I contacted them late morning they did not have a vehicle locked down like previously portrayed. Then when locating another one late afternoon(3pm) I was told I would get a call as soon as they had a driver on the road to go get it. At 615pm received call that the driver would be back to dealership with my new car in 30mins. We should plan to arrive about 7/730 to do financing and trade vehicles. We packed 2 small kids up in the car and drove the 30mins to the dealership, when they discovered we were not over the moon with excitement upon arrival we were asked why. We explained it was 730pm, they close at 8pm, and we should be putting kids to bed but instead hurried to get to the dealership to get the new car. Also that I was told I would know when someone was headed to get it, not when they were almost back. We had also spent 3hrs there on Saturday and did nothing but pick a car for them to get and submit our credit apps. After stating all this the sales manager decided he needed to go "make a call", after 2mins he returned to tell us that he was not going to sell us the car due to how everyone was feeling!!! The better choice would have been to get finance and the paperwork rolling quickly so that we could get our small children home at a decent time!! Worst experience I have ever had buying a car! Will not recommend. More

It was truly a miracle how quickly and efficiently they helped us out in the tuff situation we were in. We were on our way to Minneapolis and our car had some serious issues, where we had to stop and get help. We went to the Zumbrota Ford dealership and they attended to us very quickly and courteously. We were in awe of how they lended us a car and before we could think we were already getting back on the road to Minneapolis. Between my family members, we still talk about how amazing Greg and the employees at Zumbrota Ford were, and how spacious and comfortable the Ford Explorer they lent us was. We were so blessed to have come across this dealership! The service and the Ford Explorer was beyond expectations!!! More

And please trust me, 'TOP-NOTCH' doesn't come easy when you are left high & dry by your wife and best friend 15 of your 16 years together, and thus mu And please trust me, 'TOP-NOTCH' doesn't come easy when you are left high & dry by your wife and best friend 15 of your 16 years together, and thus much crabbier, skinnier and suddenly leery of everyone who roams the earth. Historically though, I have been lucky enough to generally purchase pretty nice, mid-to-high level vehicles. My point? I have never, ever been helped more thoroughly by a sales team member, (Todd Fitzgibbons at Zumbrota Ford) nor happier walking out of a lot as a car buyer, than last week when I spent $999.00 (plus fees, etc.) for my newest & most-thankful-for-ride since 16! And to top off the (divorce) cake, he was in the process, I am quite sure, of selling a brand new fancy, super spendy Mustang (and still helped unknown-to-this-community, no-skin-in-the-game, down-on-his-luck, haggard compared to usual me, with my $999 buy - and did so like a champion)! Charlie will not stop til the top, either, as the separate-location detailer who showed me around the car, knowledgeable of everything Taurus it seemed, the evening prior to my purchase, and Brian Willner, Business Manager in the Finance Division, is like no other - and completely on top of the game! Extraordinary team of individuals, and that is exception to see (in this day-n-age). Buy from them - from the Cities to Rochester, it is thoroughly worth the trek to Zumbrota Ford - there is absolutely no question about it (the community is gorgeous, too, an additional bonus to making the drive...). Thank you, and keep up the outstanding, ethical, treat everyone like the pre-divorce in-laws, attitudes and service! More
