Excellent experience We were not thinking about a vehicle purchase for a few years...but when helping our son buy a vehicle there my husband fell in love with the vehicle We were not thinking about a vehicle purchase for a few years...but when helping our son buy a vehicle there my husband fell in love with the vehicle on the show room floor and so we jokingly said let's see how much we would get for my vehicle that was only 2.5 years old..ends up they gave me a great trade in price and we got approved and my husband got his sporty new Fiesta. It all happened so fast we didn't get to test drive it being on the show floor and all so Dara brought the vehicle to my husband's work in Rochester so he could give it a test drive. Therefore excellent customer service!! More

He showed me cars that best fit the criteria to what I was thinking I wanted and showed me things I didn’t even realize to put into consideration (spacious, mpg, mileage, etc) while also in my price range!!! Talking to him made things so easy and not complicated AT ALL! I’m just glad I went to Zumbrota Ford and met this guy because I am definitely going to tell my family to go to him! Truly amazing!
