My story is a very long one, so I will try to make it short. The car I purchased here, that they picked out for me, had so many issues. The shop there shut my engine light off on two occasions to try to short. The car I purchased here, that they picked out for me, had so many issues. The shop there shut my engine light off on two occasions to try to cover up the repairs in hopes I would go over my mileage warranty. They made it seem like it was a “favor” to fix pre existing issues. First used engine was covered under warranty. Then to my surprise, I ended up needing another a few months later, that was not covered because I was over my mileage. (Although I wasn’t over mileage when I called. My appointment was made for 3 weeks later) They tried to offer me a “deal” to cover half and I pay half at their shop of course. The same shop that shut my engine light off. No thank you! I wish I would have been more cautious and done my research on this place before going here. Pay attention to how many reviews there are out there that have significant repairs needed to vehicles from here. It’s alarming. Shame on me for not researching and lesson learned. They prey on people with poor credit. If you have poor credit go to deals with wheels. An honest car dealer that is FOR THE PEOPLE. This place is not, unless if you get lucky. They will tell you to leave them a great 5 star review when your purchase the vehicle. So that explains the 5 stars; I was told the same thing the day I purchased. Just give it some time and hope your vehicle lasts after you leave that review. I have been spreading the word to as many people as I can about this place. Because we work hard for our money and people deserve better. More
