We found this truck online, not many trucks out there right now with covid, so we drove down for this truck and Spencer did a great job to get us to buy the truck and make sure it was perfect. We are now 7 weeks out from the purchase, and I really wish I had not been pressured to leave a review the day we bought the truck. We love the truck, but the communication from Zumbrota Ford has been less than desirable. After six weeks and the only response from my salesman of "The state of MN DMV is way behind, they won't pull you over for expired ten day plates" I finally called our DMV. Turns out Zumbrota Ford had not yet been to the DMV, so the truck was not even in our name six weeks later. I finally got them to answer me, and kudos to Mary and Jared for finally getting all the pieces they need and now I have a tracking number for overnight plates. The lack of communication and the finger pointing they did to the DMV is not impressive. If you can't for whatever reason go to the DMV in a timely fashion, please notify us. Getting plates SEVEN weeks after buying the vehicle (1 ton truck so you get plates the day you go to the DMV) is really not professional and enough to make us re-think ever buying here again. More

My wife and I stopped at the Zumbrota dealership to look at Ford Explorers. We showed up and Granny was at the front and greeted us right away in a very friendly and approachable manner.
