Absolute worst buying experience ever. This is hands-down, the most incompetent and unprofessional group of people I have ever purchased from. I put a deposit down on a Raptor R and was as This is hands-down, the most incompetent and unprofessional group of people I have ever purchased from. I put a deposit down on a Raptor R and was assured that everything would go smoothly. To start, they offered 5k under what other dealerships were offering for my trade. No big deal. I set up another dealership to buy my trade so I could keep my tax benefits. All the finance guy, Dara, had to do was send that dealership a purchase order. Well, he didn’t for several days which ended up costing me $2k in trade value. The GM called me and assured that a purchase order was sent and that I was CC’d on the email. When I checked, the had sent me one of their customer’s personal bank statements instead. Who makes that kind of mistake? Absolute carelessness. When I told the GM that they had sent me someone’s bank statement, he randomly said that there was adult-content purchases on the transaction history. The General Manager, of all people, was having this extremely unprofessional conversation with me. After all that, the finance guy, Dara, calls me and says they can no longer take my trade as part of the deal. He says this AFTER I already had my trade picked up and after they had already cashed the check my bank sent them. After showing extreme frustration, one of the owners calls me and mentioned that she fired the finance guy and that she would take care of the deal personally. Word for word, she said’ “I’m not above bribery, so if you give us a good survey, I’ll send you a whiskey bottle of your choice.” Incredible. Anyway, by the grace of God, the truck arrives. It was in disgusting condition with all the dealership stickers still all over the place. The transport guy says that the truck is on 1 mile to empty. The closest gas station is 1.5 miles from me. I arrive on fumes, literally 0 miles on the dash. I call the sales guy, Isaiah, and he assures me that they will make it right. He says that they will reimburse me for the gas. I followed up with him and he never responded. The fact that the truck arrived in one pieces is a miracle. I’ve bought a ton of vehicles and this has easily been the worst experience so far. You couldn’t pay me to buy from these guys again. The salesperson, finance guy, gm, all of you… you should be ashamed. You take absolutely zero pride in your work and it’s disgusting. Side note: I called the dealership to talk to finance and Dara, the guy that supposedly got fired answered the phone. I never wanted him to lose his job in the first place but why make up a lie about that? By the way, this is the condensed version. This purchase experience was a nightmare. Anyway, I can’t emphasize enough how poor the experience was. 0/10. More
