I had been to KIA in Lincoln, Andersen's Ford in Lincoln,and they both were just horrible. I didn't think I would get a car, I was stressed and hating the idea of looking again. I even had my Grandson, he was loud and a little bit of a pain ( they were all nice about it). Brett was very nice helpful, got me out as fast as I wanted( grandson). I would go back for sure and tell everyone else to go there. AND- my sister got her car from KIA and has hated it since, her people are nasty to her, something stopped working on her car, and there fighting all the way. Lucky me!!! Were not forceful- no one jumped us in the parking lot "telling us what we wanted"-- they asked us if they could help us find anything. Communication was thorough, accurate, and timely-- in phone conversations, emails, and in-person. All staff were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were a very "homey" dealership with lots of personal touches during the experience--they even had homemade chocolate chip cookies! By far the best dealership we have ever dealt with in the car buying process (and we've bought 3 cars in the last 4 years.) We could tell they care about their customers, will follow up afterwards to make sure things are still going well, and will most certainly receive our business again in the future. More

We purchased a 2012 350 pick-up. Bill answered questions we had about the pick-up. We also purchased accessories and they showed us what they had on hand so we could see what we were getting Some accessor we had about the pick-up. The accessories all came in quickly and installed. We took up a lot Bill's time but he was always very friendly and patient. He would call us on the status of the parts that were ordered. He also said to be sure to ask if we had any questions or concerns even after we drove the vehicle off the parking lot. More
