Since I have recently had knee surgery and do not get around as well as I would like, both Chris and Mack made sure that I was comfortable and took care of my every need while we were talking to them about purchasing a used mini-van. Chris expertly answered my husband's questions about the vehicle we were interested and offered much additional information. Mack quickly showed us how much we could save by using a finance plan through the dealership and also did a great job explaining the gap insurance we were eligible to purchase. Ray, as always, welcomed us and thanked us for our continuing patronage of Beatrice Ford Lincoln. We are also quite pleased with the wonderful care from their mechanics. Brent Jantz was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the Ford Escape. He went with us on three test drives and he explained all the features in detail. We were very impressed with Brent and the Ford dealership in Beatrice. They worked with us on the price of the car to make sure it was acceptable to us.
