Brett was very helpful, informative, and attentive when we were looking for a new car. He found four cars on the internet that were not on their lot, and we were able to choose from them. However, on the way home with it a noise developed in the rear part of the car. When I took the car back to them the next working day Brett took a ride with me and heard the same noise. The service department heard it also, and found the problem. Joe Nannen helped us in this area. The defective part was replaced, and the car is now operating as a new car should. More

I went into Beatrice Ford looking to purchase a vehicle for my daughter to take to college in Pennsylvania. Over the years I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers and was a little worried tha for my daughter to take to college in Pennsylvania. Jeff Green was outstanding, he was courteous and well informed on the vehicles that we looked at. He helped my daughter find a car that was perfect for her (stylish and great gas mileage), and yet was affordable for dad. Mack Holtmeyer was very helpful with the financing and David Ahlschwede made sure that Kayla and I were very comfortable with our decision. It goes without saying that I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and care that these gentlemen showed, Jeff even took the time to make sure Kayla understood how to use all the features of her new car (especially the sync feature). I have never had such a great experience buying a new car. Needless to say Beatrice Ford has earned any and all of my future business when it comes to the purchase of vehicles. More
