We knew exactly what we wanted and bought the very car we came in to look at. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and our salesman, Chris, was very knowledgeable, without ever being pushy. The only part I wasn't really fond of was when Mack tried to up-sell us on additional warranty coverage. I know He was just doing his job, but it seemed very rehearsed and a bit pretentious. Dealing with Chris Chase was a very good experience. Some dealers make buying a car a miserable time.
