Unfortunately, we had a few small prob Two years ago we visited Beatrice Ford Lincoln just to "look". We left with a 2012 ford edge, which we loved. Unfortunately, we had a few small problems with it but they always got it fixed in a timely manner. Recently we had problems with the heater fan so we took it in to get fixed. Our 6th grandchild was going to be born the day we stopped so they loaned us a car so we could get to the hospital. After getting to meet our beautiful granddaughter, we headed back to Beatrice Ford. After visiting with Jeff, we bought a brand new ford edge. Just so you know, our payments on this one is cheaper that the 2012 one!!!! Ray & I have been married 36 1/2 years and never thought we could afford a new vehicle - but with the rebates & load program - WE CAN AND WE DID!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

And, most unusually, we sat down with the owner, Ray Hernandez, whose commitment to quality service led him to offer his personal cell number as back up in the event that we needed it.
