Stress free! We live four hours away and wanted a car that we could flat tow behind our camper. Spenser found us a Ford Edge that was in really good condition at a price that we were happy with. He met us half way and went over all the features of the car. He then took the car to the camper store for us so that they could hookup the tow package. The entire staff has been very supportive. From the guys in the shop that took an extra look at the car, from management working with our distance, the finance guys on the paperwork and Spenser with his patience. Chris Chase was always available to me, and kept me informed of the process from ordering to delivery. When the vehicle was delivered, he patiently explained the complicated buttons, features, and gizmos which came equipped on the truck. Likewise, Doug Holle was very nice to work with and answered all questions I had prior to delivery and ordering this new F-150. The Finance Manager, Brett Neverve, answered all my "business and finance" questions and explained the paperwork clearly and professionally. Very impressed with speed and completeness of this process. Overall, this was a pleasant buying experience. There was a little "boo boo" in the paint of my new truck when it arrived but this was done in transit and NOT the fault of the dealership. Beatrice Ford has assured me that it will be resolved to my complete satisfaction, and I have no reason to believe that will not be the case. At this point I have every confidence that the matter will be corrected to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new Ford or Lincoln product.
