I described what I wanted and was told they would "keep an eye out" for something that matched my needs/wants. Although I did not buy that vehicle, over the course of the next several months I would receive a call or text from Beatrice Ford with a particular pick-up truck. As fate would have it, I drove by, saw a pick-up that interested me and had just been delivered to the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in &. .was very helpful by going to great lengths to find the exact vehicle with all the features we wanted. He was very patient, as my husband & I are an older couple wanting all the latest technology, but we know it takes us longer to absorb & learn these functions & Spencer went above & beyond in helping us once we made our decision. This decision took us several days & he was very good about letting us take our time & repeatedly helping us with the technology. . We also found everyone at this dealership extremely friendly & helpful, from the owner to each & everyone of the staff there. My salesman Spenser was the first to respond after filling out an on-line application. All paperwork was complete before ever setting foot in the dealership. Within 4 days I picked out the vehicle I wanted, was approved on a loan, test drove (and the vehicle was all Spenser said it would be), and drove it home on a Sunday.
