This is the second new Ford I've purchased from Beatrice Ford. The first had several problems which were hard to diagnose. The Service Manager and his team didn't try to tell me I was imagining things or Ford. The first had several problems which were hard to diagnose. The Service Manager and his team didn't try to tell me I was imagining things or the famous "they all do that" but stuck with the car and me until they found and fixed the problems. And not a penny out of my pocket. This dealership must not employ grouches because I've yet to see one in the two years I've dealt with them. You get no "I'll take your offer to...". The salesman shows you the vehicles, lets you test drive, answers questions and when you're ready to deal hands you off to Ray the owner. More
I was very impressed with the amount of respect, honesty and time that was given to me. I have to say I don't think anyone can beat Beatrice Ford's overall Service! I did not meet one person who works at this dealership who seemed as if they were being bothered (as other dealerships I've experienced) Here's my story, My husband and I were out looking at Ford Fusion's in Lincoln, as we're driving home talking about what we've seen and experienced that day, we stopped at a gas station. My husband see's this very sharp Ford Taurus and begins to talk to the woman who owned this vehicle. She told us that she bought this Taurus at Beatrice Ford, it was the best purchase she's ever made and has never been happier. She told us that we really need to go to the BEATRICE FORD DEALERSHIP that we would not be dissapointed. I decided to call Beatrice Ford to see what they had on their lot, I decided to drive down one day from work in Lincoln. I had initially spoke to Jeff Green another nice guy in sales who I was to meet when I got there, however he had another customer by the time I got there. That's when Mr. Mark Boldt approached me. We test drove a couple different cars. I had called my husband and spoke to him about what they had. I had to walk in to the dealership after speaking to my husband and tell Mark that their vehicle that I wanted was just too much and I wouldn't be buying a car. Mark sat me down and asked me several questions, I laughed because what my husband wanted I knew they would think I was crazy for saying. Mark wrote down what I said and went to his manager Mr. Ray Hernandez. He came back and showed me a vehicle that just came in and gave me a price that was around what my husband wanted. My husband was still being tough. Mark went in and spoke to his manager again, Now here comes the manager to speak to me. I was expecting something totally different then what happened. Mr. Ray Hernandez the Manager, was very polite, patient and believed very much in his dealership that he explained to me the difference of his dealership and others. Which by the end I was so impressed, that I thanked them for their time (as it was way past their time to close) and I called my husband and spoke so highly of them. That I had impressed my husband (which I didn't know at the time.) I had Lincoln and Fremont Ford dealership's calling me. I will say that with just my experience of being treated with such dignity (with them knowing they weren't getting a sale from me - that night anyway) that I respected Beatrice Ford, that I pretty much called out the other dealerships by asking about their service, etc. The response I got from them was just plain stunned, they didn't know how to answer my questions. Now I totally, know that Beatrice has them all beat with service all the way around! Not one of them treated me like a person really it was like they were just for the sale and very pushy, which Beatrice Ford was not! Mark called me and told me that the Ford Fusion that my husband and I spoke to him about the other night was ready and if I was interested still that they would bring it to me and I could keep it over night to show my husband in person what I was talking about regarding this car. I couldn't believe they were actually going to bring me a car to go show my husband - I didn't have to go out of my way at all. (this is just one of their services, they will come pick up your car - for any kind of service that need to be done - and give you a loaner vehicle - then they bring back your car and take the loaner - so you are never inconvienced. Oh, ya did I mention that with an Oil change that they vaccum and wash your car before bringing it back to you!!) I called Mark several times, even on a day that he was off, he was still very willing to help me and came through with everything he said. Mr. Jeff Green the first salesman I spoke to at this dealership over the phone, congratulated me the day I bought my 2008 Ford Fusion SE. I was walked through the entire dealership, was introduced to and spoke with the Service Manager. Then Mark took his time and went through and showed me where everything was and how it worked on my car. My husband and I couldn't be happier with my Fusion - Brand New Tires, New Windsheild Wipers, A Full Tank of Gas, The Respect, Honesty & Time that was all given to me. I doubt I'll ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else! Like the woman from the Gas Station that day, I say go to Beatrice Ford Dealearship and see what you think. I think you will be very pleased! While looking for the perfect pickup, Beatrice ford gave use careful considerate service. Excellent followup when adding cattle grill and cover. Also had diesel 350 pickup worked on. I began looking for a used truck in July. I met Chris Chace and he showed me a 2007 Ford F-150 that I was interested in. I mentioned that I was not ready to buy for a couple months. Chris kept in contact Chace and he showed me a 2007 Ford F-150 that I was interested in. I mentioned that I was not ready to buy for a couple months. Chris kept in contact with me and was very friendly and worked with me on getting the price of the truck into my range. Chris answered all the questions that I had about the truck and had the minor blemishes fixed on the truck that I had noticed. Finally, in late September I was ready to buy and everything was good to go on my 2007 Ford F-150. I felt that I was treated with a great deal of respect through the entire process by the entire Beatrice Ford staff, which was especially important to me as I am young buyer. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to consider Beatrice Ford for their friendliness, service, price, and flexibility. More

A very great overall experience in the purchace of our new truck. Chris answered all our questions and concerns in the ordering of our truck and kept us informed during the process. Throughout the whole process of purchasing a new Ford truck, to the servicing of the truck, he has always been more than happy to help me and has never misrepresented any piece of information! Another great thing about Beatrice Ford is their willingness work with you and make things right if an issue arises! I highly recommend working with Brent if you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle! More
Orville went to great lengths to give us a good experience. He talked to by phone and found out what we were looking for, gave us a description of something that we might be interested in and then experience. He explained all of the features and let us test drive the car. When we went to the dealership to finalize the purchase of our new Taurus, Orville again reviewed all the features with us. He set it up to have the vehicle detailed and the flaw fixed. We are waiting for that at this point. Therefore I rated quality of work just ok due to the shape of the interior, not the quality of work by our contact. Chris was very helpful! Depending on how the detailing and repairs go, we would definitely work with Chris again. More
