In the past I I have been a customer at Beatrice Ford for about 5 years now. It is a great place and the people who work there are easy to work with. In the past I have had problems with other dealerships who don't take the time to listen to what the customer wants, they just want to "make the sale". That is not the case at Beatrice Ford. This purchase was the best so far! Tyler worked very hard to find exactly what I wanted. Emmett in the finance office worked to get me the best rate on the loan. Ray made sure everything was perfect before I left. Tyler answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision I had to make. There are many reasons I go to Beatrice Ford to buy my vehicles, the biggest one is I leave with a smile on my face and know that I was taken care of! Thanks for all your help! More

I have purchased 3 vehicles from tyler in the last year. I am thouroghly satisfied with his efforts and recommend him to everyone i talk to. I have not seen the kind of service Tyler and Beatrice Ford Lincoln offer since i was a little kid and watched car dealers come to the farm to show my dad cars. these people have what it takes in this business and deserve a shot to sell anyone a vehicle. I trust Tyler completely and will follow his advice in the future when it comes to buying vehicles. They are #1 by me and my wife and have earned it. More

After reading some of the other reviews, I don't know if there is anything more that I can say different about my experience with working with Nate Goodrich that hasn't already been said about him. He must treat all his customers with the same excellent service that he did us. Here is my story: My husband and I were going to go look at cars to lease on Saturday, so Friday after I got off work I just thought I might drive through the car lot to see if they had a Focus on the lot that I could show my husband the next day. I had no more than drove in the lot and was greeted by Nate. I told him that I was kind of looking at a Ford Focus to lease, but really was not sure. I just liked the look and style of that car. We have never leased before, so I had a few questions about leasing also. After talking to Nate for just 5 minutes, I felt like we had been friends forever. I didn't ever feel once that I was actually talking to a car salesman. He answered all my questions that I had, so that I could go home and tell my husband that I was now sure that is the car that I wanted to get. When we got there Saturday morning, I specifically asked to talk to Nate, and wanted my husband to meet him, so that he could see for himself how helpful, polite, knowledgable, and not at all fake, unlike any other car salesman we had ever met. He explained everything very clear to us about the leasing process, and answered any and all questions that we had about the Focus by his own experiences that he had had with other people that had owned one. We never got the feeling that he was just telling us what we wanted to hear, which is sometimes what car salesman do just to make a sale. Monday afternoon my husband and I went to pick up my new car and to do all the paper work. Nate had just washed it and had it sitting out for us to drive home. He went through the check list and showed us how to use everything in the car and made sure that we understood how to operate everything. He never made us feel stupid by asking questions or would ask him to show us something again. Everyone that worked there were so friendly to us while we waited for the paper work to be completed. My husband fell in love with the Shelby Cobra that was sitting on the showcase floor, so he didn't mind the wait. We kept waiting for the TV cameras to show up like they show on the commercials. We did get our picture taken by the owner himself before we left, and each got a new Ford hat, which was very cool! We have told everyone we know what an exceptional experience we had there, and have referred them to check out Beatrice Ford if their looking for a new car. I just hope that Nate is still working there in 3 years when our lease is up and we're looking for our next new car. It would be impossible for anyone else to come close to the great service we got from Nate. KUDOS TO YOU NATE!! And KUDOS TO BEATRICE FORD! ps I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! More
I was planning to buy from a dealer in Lincoln because that is where I work, but the service and price from Beatrice Ford was so impressive, they won me over. I hadn't even considered buying from them until they showed up on an internet search. After the first phone call with Brent Jantz, they had my attention. It was clear they wanted my business and it wasn't just a "one time" deal. They wanted my repeat business (buying and servicing) and so far they've earned it. I've never recommended a car dealership to anyone before, especially when buying used vehicles, but I certainly have now. Beatrice Ford made my car buying experience very positive and I absolutely love my Ford Edge! More

We were looking for used trucks on Auto Trader.com that had less than 100,000 miles and were priced under $7500. We found a real gem in a 1996 Ford F-150 at Beatrice Ford. My husband talked to the owner of the dealership several times and based on his conversations, we decided to take a drive and check it out. It was everything that may husband had hoped it would be. We visited with Nate a little bit. He gave us the keys to take it for a test drive. When we got back, Nate got us started on the paperwork and in less than an hour, we were on our way home with our "new" truck. They were very friendly and very helpful. We will gladly give them a chance to serve us in the future when we look for our next vehicle or when we need service. The hats and the picture that we received in the mail were a bonus. He was very knowledgeable about every one I asked about. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but Nate listened to the things I wanted/needed and found me my 2006 Expedition. When I drove off I felt good about my decision,no buyers remorse! Nate was so friendly,I felt like I was talking to one of my buddies instead of a car dealer and that's important to me. I'm hard to please and even if I found the perfect truck,I wouldn't buy it unless the customer service was excellent. Kyle's awesome! He worked hard to get me the best deal and an affordable monthly payment I'm happy with. You can tell just by walking in the door that everyone there loves their job. I will never waste my time by going anywhere else again! THANKS GUYS! More
