I bought a used vehicle from beatrice ford, their service dept. and the inspection the vehicle goes through before it is sold as a used vehicle was pushed as exceptional. The vehicle was probably inspected, but a day after we drove the vehicle off the lot, the check engine light came on and i found a few things that should have been noticed in the inspection. The people I dealt with were very nice, professional and did a great job. I have nothing but good things to say about their performance. I have not had this issue resolved yet, but i have no doubt they will make things right. I would recommend beatrice ford to friends and family. More
