This was our first purchase from Zimmermans and our first Honda. We are very pleased with the treatment we received from Jeff Dolan. They were all professional and courteous, and did not rush to get us out the door. There was no heavy sales "gimic." We wanted some additional details on our new vehicle and Jeff was prompt in making the arrangements. The follow through was great---it didn't feel like the customer service ended after the deal was sealed. Jeff was as exicted about our purchase as we were! We are excited that the dealership will be relocating and would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a new car. More

We bought a new CR-V and Noel was very helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions clearly and never tried to push us to buy more than we wanted. This is the second time we have bought a car from Zimmerman (5 years ago we bought our first CR-V from Roger) and this is why we came back. For both cars, we went to the other Honda dealer in the Quad Cities first and they kept trying to convince us we needed more features than we said we wanted and they advertised "no haggling, we give you our best price up front". Zimmerman gave us better prices in both cases and while the negotiating was more "traditional", it was very pleasant and low pressure. We would go back again if necessary. More

Unlike other dealers in the area, Zimmerman's does not start with the purchase price being the MSRP price. They are willing to discount the MSRP right away. It seemed I knew more about the vehicle than the sales rep, Have mechanical problem that service cannot duplicate. Other than that, all people were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I have never had so much fun buying a new car! :) I soon as I got out of my beat up 2003 Honda Civic, Will was right there introducing himself and asking what I needed. I explained to him that I was interested in a new Civic and that I had been raised on Hondas so I didn't need to test drive one. I had been driving Hondas for 25 years. I wasn't pressured into driving one and it was soon understood that I knew as much about Hondas as Will did. I was glad he didn't give me unneccessary information that I already knew and there was no pressure to buy. Will was basically at my mercy for 6 hours. Yes, 6 hours and yes, in the same day. He even climbed into the trunk of the car and shut the door to show me there is a light in the trunk of all new Civics. Two different Hondas were pulled up to the door for me to look at. Sean, the new sales manager was even polishing one for me. I was interested in another car that Zimmerman did not have in stock, they told me that they would be glad to get it for me if I decided on it. I really felt like I was being taken care of, which was the opposite of what I felt when I went to Lujacks. People, stay clear of that place! I was given a fair price for my 189,995 mile crashed up Civic. It was in such beat up shape that I thought I might have to pay them to take it. I finally decided to test drive two different Civics and picked one. Ricky did a great job of getting the excellant financing for me. I knew I would be a hard sell and Will and the team diffinity worked hard to get my businness. Will went over everything that was different from my other car and set up my bluetooth. If you go to Zimmeremans, ask for Will. He has a down to earth personality, a no pressure sales tactic and will work hard to get you what you want. I had such a good time that I feel like going back and buying another new car tomorrow. More
