Noel Frideres was our Salesman and is one that I highly recommend. He is non-pushy and very friendly. He followed through in all different aspects in regards to the entire process and made me feel relaxed. One thing that struck me as being very professional is when he first introduced himself he asked if we had stopped in before and if we had talked to any other Salesmen. He may be a younger Salesman but do not let that sway your decision as to whether He can find you the Car your seeking. Noel served us better then some of the older Salesman in different fields. We will most certainly refer anyone we know looking for a Honda to Noel. Since this car was for myself, my Husband let me be the one to decide just what I wanted and negotiate the deal. I want to add that this Dealership showed nothing but respect to me being a Female and negotiating the price. I am not one to play the numbers game back and forth endlessly. I feel that both myself and the Dealership were happy with the final price. We walked in on Sat afternoon and I drove off Tuesday evening with my new Accord. Over all this was a trememdously pleasent experience. There was one issue that I feel should have been mentioned. I realized after the fact that there was an $149.00 discrepency in price. I called Cheri Thomas whom did the financial portion of the purchase. When I asked what the difference in money was she explained that Zimmerman places "mud flaps" on thier cars automatically. This was not mentioned to me at any point. Maybe that was a slight oversite but I do feel that it should have been mentioned. OVERALL, I would HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda. I have purchased from them years ago and felt they did take good care of any issues I had as a valued client. Along with that any Honda in my future I will go to Zimmermans! As soon as I was in the door a salesman was asking me if they could help me. I told him I was looking for Will as I had talked to him on the phone. He said he would get him for me. Will came out and we sat down in his office and I explained what I was looking for. Will brought 3 Honda SUV's for me to look at from the used car lot. He let me take a 2005 Honda CR-V-EX to drive for a couple of hours. When I got back with the car I asked about a newer car and what the payment would be. Will had 2, 2007 Honda CR-V and we looked at them and I selected the one I was interested in. Since I didn't have time to test drive it then I said I would be back on Monday. On Monday, when I got there Will asked if I was ready to test drive the 2007 and we told him I wanted to drive the 2009 Ford Escape-Limited also. He brought the 2009 Ford Escape for me to drive and then went and got the Honda CR-V 2007 and we drove it. After driving both cars I made the decision to buy the 2009 Ford Escape. Customer Service--As soon as I stepped in the door someone was greeting me. I felt like I was being treated with respect and my concerns mattered. Quality of Work--Will was very knowledgeable and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Friendliness--Will made sure I had all my questions answered even when I thought I was being over careful. Overall Experience--I felt that I was being treated very well and that I was not being pressured into anything. Price--I would have liked to get the price down a little more. More

Top shelf staff...honest. Stopped into Lujack's to test drive Maxima, nice vehicle, but opted to downsize to Accord. I didn't even go across street to Lujack's Honda division knowing I was going to buy fro drive Maxima, nice vehicle, but opted to downsize to Accord.
