At first my mom and I were hesitant to go shopping for a new vehicle because I know how often females are taken advantage of when it comes to automobile sales and service. This is the second time we have bought a car from Zimmerman (5 years ago we bought our first CR-V from Roger) and this is why we came back. For both cars, we went to the other Honda dealer in the Quad Cities first and they kept trying to convince us we needed more features than we said we wanted and they advertised "no haggling, we give you our best price up front". Zimmerman gave us better prices in both cases and while the negotiating was more "traditional", it was very pleasant and low pressure. We would go back again if necessary. More
