This is the second Honda Accord we have bought through Zimmerman Honda and Ruth was our salesperson both times. As we expected, our experience buying our second Honda Accord through Zimmerman/Ruth was every bit as good as our first. We were treated with the utmost respect from the moment we stepped through the doors, from every person we met (including Tracey - I hope that is her name, with financing), until we drove off in our 2012 Honda Accord. As soon as I was in the door a salesman was asking me if they could help me. I told him I was looking for Will as I had talked to him on the phone. He said he would get him for me. Will came out and we sat down in his office and I explained what I was looking for. Will brought 3 Honda SUV's for me to look at from the used car lot. He let me take a 2005 Honda CR-V-EX to drive for a couple of hours. When I got back with the car I asked about a newer car and what the payment would be. Will had 2, 2007 Honda CR-V and we looked at them and I selected the one I was interested in. Since I didn't have time to test drive it then I said I would be back on Monday. On Monday, when I got there Will asked if I was ready to test drive the 2007 and we told him I wanted to drive the 2009 Ford Escape-Limited also. He brought the 2009 Ford Escape for me to drive and then went and got the Honda CR-V 2007 and we drove it. After driving both cars I made the decision to buy the 2009 Ford Escape. Customer Service--As soon as I stepped in the door someone was greeting me. I felt like I was being treated with respect and my concerns mattered. Quality of Work--Will was very knowledgeable and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Friendliness--Will made sure I had all my questions answered even when I thought I was being over careful. Overall Experience--I felt that I was being treated very well and that I was not being pressured into anything. Price--I would have liked to get the price down a little more. More

Top shelf staff...honest. Stopped into Lujack's to test drive Maxima, nice vehicle, but opted to downsize to Accord. I didn't even go across street to Lujack's Honda division knowing I was going to buy fro drive Maxima, nice vehicle, but opted to downsize to Accord. I didn't even go across street to Lujack's Honda division knowing I was going to buy from Zimmerman's. This is the fourth new vehicle purchased from Zimmerman's in last 20 years, not counting one used vehicle to boot. Traded in my old Honda CRV for a new one. It is hard for me to get away from work...so Dad went car shopping for me. Will Lucas very kindly worked with Dad to answer an abundance of tough questions, eventho me to get away from work...so Dad went car shopping for me. You just don't know how much I appreciate all the time and effort Will gave to us. Will found just what I was looking for and treated me like royality when I finally arrived at the dealership. Even after the purchase, Will was very concientious about explaining everything. He even hooked up the blue tooth for me! Shout out to Ricky who actually made numbers and signing forms FUN! To top it off...the big guy, Mr Zimmerman, came over and had a delightful conversation with Dad. Awesome Product, Awesome Respect, and Awesome Customer Service! More
