After visiting the Quad Cities auto show (Davenport, IA) we zeroed in on the Honda CR-V. Due to a previous experience with a different dealer who low-balled our trade-in, we wanted to visit Zimmerman's Hon we zeroed in on the Honda CR-V. Due to a previous experience with a different dealer who low-balled our trade-in, we wanted to visit Zimmerman's Honda dealership, especially since they are in a new building in Moline, IL. We were greeted upon entry, and a salesman (Jonathan Sens) asked what we were looking for. We told Jonathan the options we 'had to have' and he recommended the AWD model with the EX-L trim package. We were impressed with the time spent with us by Jonathan, Brian, and Ricky. Once we decided on the trim level, we had a hard time picking the color for our new car, but Zimmerman had a large selection to choose from (we chose white with a beige interior.) Nobody likes to hunt for a car, but Jonathan was not pushy, he gave us all the time we needed, he walked us through the outside lot to look at the available colors, and we had a pleasant experience with Jonathan at Zimmerman Honda. Jonathan also gave us a tour of the shop, and we were impressed with the new shop and equipment; the service technicians must be ecstatic! Sean also came by and introduced himself to us. We were really impressed with how friendly Zimmerman's staff is; we will definitely recommend Zimmerman's to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
