I phoned in about an internet special. Kevin arranged to meet with me to view the vehicle on my way home from work. The van was warmed up and ready, an appreciated effort in February in IL. When we returned to the dealership about an hour later, Kevin was waiting and the van was parked in an indoor climate controlled viewing area. This was great, as we have 3 children ages 1,3,and 6. We could all inspect the minivan without dealing with the cold and wind of the approaching storm. The entire team was great in helping us out and getting us into a vehicle that the family loved. My wife and I went home with the Odyssey I originally stopped by to look at, and we felt great about the experience. I'll be going back to Zimmerman when we need to upgrade/replace another one of the family vehicles, and have already recommended them to my friends and co-workers. More
