We had a good experience overall although it took quite a long time for all the paperwork to be done. We were there 3 hours which seemed a bit long. My husband had wrecked his current vehicle. We were waiting to see if Insurance Co. would be totaling it out. In the meantime, we went looking for a replacement. We had seen the Honda CRV at the auto show and liked it, but had never driven it. We went to Zimmerman Honda to test drive this vehicle. We fell in love with it. Jonathan was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Jonathan and the dealership were very patient with us because we had to wait for the Ins Co to total out our previous vehicle. The sale and closing went very quickly. It was a pleasure to work with Jonathan and we will recommend Zimmerman Honda to all of our friends and family. More
This was my second trip into the Honda sales floor in the last six months, The first was with my son when he was looking to upgrade. It was a pleasant experience, he was treated fairly with his trade and the last six months, The first was with my son when he was looking to upgrade. It was a pleasant experience, he was treated fairly with his trade and the purchase of the used Element. At that time we had hinted to Merlin, a new/different ride for the family was eminent. The second visit started as a simple ride for Willi to get the Element back from a visit to the service department. We stopped in the West lot to look at what was available for used Odyssey’s. We were approached by a sales person (Tim Foss), He asked if we had been dealing with anyone else at the store, I stated Merlin was who we had contact with before. Tim said Merlin was gone for the day but would help out anyway he could. He got the key and everything in order for a test ride of the used Odyssey, His time spent that evening is much appreciated, even knowing we were going to deal with Merlin. Tim introduced us to Sean Fortin as a formality and got us the 2013 brochure for the Odyssey. The second visit continued a couple days later after studying the brochure it was decided to explore a new Odyssey, We made the appointment with Merlin to visit earlier in the morning. He had the possible van in the front lot all ready for inspection and a similar van next to it with the same features all lined up ready for the test ride. We made a large loop out onto I-88 and back via Colona, A very nice ride. We got back to the sales floor and made the decision to go for the deal. Merlin got the appraisal started on the trade, paperwork whipped through the process with Sean’s help.. The Odyssey chosen was taken back to the detail area and prepped for delivery (Note: it had just been delivered and was covered with protective film from the factory). Merlin took the time to pre-program some radio stations and sync the blue-tooth cell to the communication system built into the van while we were closing the deal with Ricky Unholz. Upon taking delivery of the 2013 Odyssey, Merlin was kind enough to go through many of the communication and navigation features of the vehicle, even demonstrating the assorted dash functions and the seat removal procedures. Again the time spent was much appreciated. This was likely the best sales experience I have ever been part of, all very informative and attentive to our needs as buyers. More
It was a great experience, I purchased my fifth car from Luis today. Luis and the entire team at Zimmerman were fast, friendly and fair. We actually bought two cars from them this week. A 2010 Honda Odyssey van and a 2000 Buick Regal (for our son). Luis was great to work with - normally we expect a high pressure sales job, but that was not Honda Odyssey van and a 2000 Buick Regal (for our son). Luis was great to work with - normally we expect a high pressure sales job, but that was not our experience at all at Zimmerman. The price was very fair and customer service was like no other dealers I have ever dealt with. They even filled the tanks on both vehicles before they handed us the keys to take them. I have never had a dealer do that before, let alone on used vehicles. I would highly recommend them and for future cars, we will be going back to Zimmerman for sure. More

We love the new Zimmerman's dealership! The new amenities are impressive, but we choose Zimmerman's because of Ruth Sanders. We dealt with Ruth on our 2003, and 2010 Accord and we are always impres amenities are impressive, but we choose Zimmerman's because of Ruth Sanders. We dealt with Ruth on our 2003, and 2010 Accord and we are always impressed with her excellent customer service. Naturally, that is why we came to Ruth to buy our new Odyssey. She is why we buy Honda's! We also enjoyed dealing with Ricky, he was friendly and efficient, what a great personality! My husband and I traveled 3.5 hours from Wisconsin to look at a Honda Element we found online. Due to the distance we were hoping we would love the car and would be able to complete the purchase that sam look at a Honda Element we found online. We had no choice but to bring our 2 dogs since we would be away from home for a significant period of time. We spoke with Merlin on the phone earlier in the day and he was ready for us. Merlin was sincere, friendly, genuine, courteous and respectful throughout the interaction. He was very knowledgeable about the Element and answered all of our questions. Merlin never once pressured us and was extremely patient while we were making our decision. We were even allowed to bring our 2 dogs into the building since it was too hot to leave them in the car. We ultimately loved the Element and did purchase it. Our experiences with Brian and Cheri were also effortless and pleasant. Both were friendly, easygoing and made the whole process enjoyable. We have never had such a wonderful experience while buying a car. It is usually something we dread. We actually had fun that day and know that we will continue to have fun driving our Element. We would absolutely recommend Zimmerman Honda. Just make sure to request Merlin! More
Ive known Jeff a while from a previous job. He saw a post on FB about my car being totalled and let me know he was available to help find a replacement.
