Our experience at Zimmerman Honda was the best car shopping experience I've ever had. We have bought several Hondas in the past from other local dealerships and the experience doesn't even come close shopping experience I've ever had. We came to the dealership looking for a new or used CR-V to replace our existing one and from the moment we came in to look and ask questions, Will Lucas helped to walk us through all the options at our price point without trying to push any particular product or vehicle on us. We did a lot of online shopping before hand as well and had contacted some other local competitors and found Zimmerman's had the best deals along with the best service. Also, the other dealers I've dealt with have the "swarm" mentality as soon as you walk in, but Will and the staff at Zimmerman's were very helpful without being overbearing. Will found a used model first that fit all of our requirements and even when we came in earlier than we had scheduled the next day to look further, and completely changed our mind on what we wanted, Will didn't miss a beat and he and the staff quickly found us a new model and fit it to our price range. Will was very courteous, but laid back and down to earth and I didn't feel for second that he was trying to "sell" us on anything..just help us get what we wanted.
