After visiting the Quad Cities auto show (Davenport, IA) we zeroed in on the Honda CR-V. Due to a previous experience with a different dealer who low-balled our trade-in, we wanted to visit Zimmerman's Hon we zeroed in on the Honda CR-V. Due to a previous experience with a different dealer who low-balled our trade-in, we wanted to visit Zimmerman's Honda dealership, especially since they are in a new building in Moline, IL. We were greeted upon entry, and a salesman (Jonathan Sens) asked what we were looking for. We told Jonathan the options we 'had to have' and he recommended the AWD model with the EX-L trim package. We were impressed with the time spent with us by Jonathan, Brian, and Ricky. Once we decided on the trim level, we had a hard time picking the color for our new car, but Zimmerman had a large selection to choose from (we chose white with a beige interior.) Nobody likes to hunt for a car, but Jonathan was not pushy, he gave us all the time we needed, he walked us through the outside lot to look at the available colors, and we had a pleasant experience with Jonathan at Zimmerman Honda. Jonathan also gave us a tour of the shop, and we were impressed with the new shop and equipment; the service technicians must be ecstatic! Sean also came by and introduced himself to us. We were really impressed with how friendly Zimmerman's staff is; we will definitely recommend Zimmerman's to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

The finance person couldn't have been any nicer to explain all the paperwork and found proper financing for us.We arrived at about 10:00 in the morning, drove a vehicle, made a deal with a trade in, went through financing, cleaned and prepped our new vehicle and had us on our way by 1:30. We couldn't be any happier. We also recieved afollow up call the following day from Luis to see if their were any problems or anything they could help us with that we may have forgotten about.The dealership is everything I was hoping it would be. When I arrived I took a test drive of the vehicle I requested and Jeff went over all the options and features during the test drive. A very fair price was agreed upon and the Finance Manager Ricky did a great job going over the contract with me. After that Jeff went over every option and feature that my new car had and made sure I understood everything even though it was well past normal business hours; again Jeff Dolan was very professional and extremely knowledeable.
