I had a great experience leasing a car from Zimmerman Honda. Kevin was friendly and was willing to help me find a car. I made a call to my brother to get his take on this change in my thinking. It was good that he gave me much of the same information that Kevin and Brian did. I ended up leasing a 2013 Civic. I love it. Kevin explained how the panel works and got my phone working with the Bluetooth. I still have much to learn about my new car. Cheri explained all the paper work I had to sign and the different add-on packages to go with the car. Kevin helped me set up an appointment to get the special services for the interior and exterior of my car with a ride to my work. He also called me the 2 days after to see how I was liking my car and if I had other questions about how the car worked. That was nice. This week we went back to ONLY test drive. Randy was working that evening & came right out to help us. We got to know him a lot better & he was very professional & NOT a high pressure salesman. By the time we made the deal it was past closing time but Randy and the others stayed & worked with us. Not once did any of them act or make us feel hurried & took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Never dreamed we would be driving another car home that night.
