I was referred to Zimmerman Honda and Jim Ruge by a friend of mine who had purchased a car from Jim a few years ago. He explained about the expanded service hours, the owner's clinics, and other incentives that Zimmerman Honda provides. He also set up an appointments for my car to have some options applied to it. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Jim took time to explain how the computerized features worked on the CRV. Mr. Gehrke was great! Pleasant, friendly, not pushy, very informative, patient. He was busy with other customers as well as me but he kept checking in on me, offering me drinks and concessions.
