Jim Ruge from Zimmerman was one of three that responded. A couple weeks later Zimmerman had a used EX-L Odyssey that was very close to what we were looking for and we went over for a test drive. Jim arranged to meet us and went way beyond our expectations in explaining the features of the vehicle. After a test drive, we began negotiating and reached a deal that was in my target range. We made arrangements to bring the vehicle back for a couple of items we requested and Jim was very proactive in keeping us abreast of the status. Having driven 70 miles to see this vehicle, the whole deal could have gone south. I felt that Zimmerman and Jim in particular went out of their way to see that we had a successful trip. Very Smooth and Non-Pressuring Experience I pulled up at the dealership to look at the HRV because this was the only dealer with the color I wanted. I was nearing the end of my lease on my Sci I pulled up at the dealership to look at the HRV because this was the only dealer with the color I wanted. I was nearing the end of my lease on my Scion and I wanted something more reliable for my son and me in the snow. Mr. Ron approached me and invited me in to look at one of the HRV's in the show room. He told me about the car and allowed me to look at it without pressuring me to buy. A few days later we made the deal and I couldn't be happier with my HRV!
