Friendly, patient and helpful My husband and I recently purchased an HR-V and we love it! With our work schedules we had to go in to see Merlin three times to discuss price, to test drive and finally to purchase. Not once did he pressure us to purchase. When we went in to but the car, the communication network they have with banks was down. The few they were able to communicate with denied the loan, since we were going backwards on our previous car loan, but that didn't stop them from trying. Merlin looked for other cars he new we would be approved for, he showed us one and we didn't like it. When we told him, he immediately crossed it off the list, no pressure at all. Throughout this entire ordeal he remained patient and continued to help us in everyway possible. After more than 5 hours we left with what we wanted. I would recommend Merlin and Zimmerman Honda to anyone! More

Marty is the man! I was distraught when l totaled my car last week. I had no idea what to do in finding a new car, no idea how to handle the insurance, nada, and that w I was distraught when l totaled my car last week. I had no idea what to do in finding a new car, no idea how to handle the insurance, nada, and that was on top of the emotional turmoil of losing my baby, a 2011 Insight that I'd had for only three short years. In addition to giving me a great deal on a 2012 Civic Hybrid, Marty gave me advice on cars I was looking at on other dealerships and gave me some pointers on how to deal with the insurance people. All in all I feel a made a great decision and would absolutely return to his dealership, and this salesperson. Sales Consultant Aaron Miguel did an awesome job answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. He even picked up my car personally after the sale to save me a trip to get the Surface Science application completed. His customer service is second to none. I stopped Thursday afternoon to visit with Merlin and brought my wife back the evening. We told Merlin we would be back on Saturday, and he had a CRV all picked out for us. My wife has MS, she wanted a car that was easy to get in and out of and a place to put her purse. This CRV fit that need. Merlin took care of us as well as Noel.
