When walking into the dealership I was greeted and the staff always made me feel welcome. Gilbert was helpful through the whole process. I did talk to a few other dealerships but was not as impressed with them. After I determined which model, trim level and color I wanted it became apparent only one dealership had exactly what I wanted and they were 50 miles away, I had already negotiated a great deal with Gilbert and the sales manager Brian. Brian was great to work with and expedited a dealer trade and had the car to the dealership in less than 4 hours. If you are looking for a dealership that has integrity, doesn't play games, and is dedicated to offering excellent service and very competitive prices I would highly recommend Zimmerman Honda. I have dealt with a number of car sales people through the years and Gilbert has to be the best I have worked with. He was helpful, patient and made my buying experience a breeze. Chris C More

I told what I was wanting and expressed my concerns about buying my first car on my own. She listened to them and told me she had a car in mind. When I got to the dealership the next day, she showed me a Honda Accord and let me take it for a spin. The car had everything that was on my list and then some. The bonus part was that it was also in my price range. When I was deciding whether or not to purchase the car, Annie didn't pressure me into buying it. She told me that she wouldn't sell a car she wouldn't buy herself which reassured me that she wasn't just trying to make a sell and that she genuinely cared. She also worked hard with those in the finance department me to get the car since I was a 23 year old who had no credit established. I would definitely recommend Annie and Zimmerman Honda to anyone one looking for a easy, no pressure car buying experience. More

We worked with Nick Goblirsch, he answered all of our questions, we did not feel rushed or pushed into our decision. The process of trading and purchasing went smoothly, we felt we received a fair deal. This is the first Honda that we have owned, and so far are very happy with it.
