A great buying experience Gilbert stepped in and introduced himself when we started looking at a vehicle. In his first introduction he emphasized that he is not pushy, but if w Gilbert stepped in and introduced himself when we started looking at a vehicle. In his first introduction he emphasized that he is not pushy, but if we had any questions he was more than happy to assist. He never once said are you ready to buy, he let me do the leading. Gilbert even helped me put car seats in the back of the vehicle to see that there was enough space for the grandkids. He even got crayons, coloring books, and juice for the grandkids during our multiple visits. Gilbert went to bat for me at financing time. Three times he went back with MY demands. He ultimately got me what I wanted. The only negative comment would be with financing. We had gotten pre authorized for financing so that aspect was easy. What I did not like is the push from Noel to purchase additional coverage's. I believe in the Honda product and do not want added coverage but to listen to Noels speech about possible breakdown and how the paint quality is not the same today gives an impression that the product is not so reliable. It is a sales pitch they give to earn extra commission. But when I say no, it means no the first time, not the fifth time. Thanks so much Gilbert. I am still smiling over my new CRV!! More
