He listens, which many don't in his business, as to what you do and don't want in both the car and the add ons like financing, warranties, trades, etc. Likewise, when we returned a couple days later to pick up vehicle, he and Blake in business office had everything ready to make the process efficient, and spent all necessary time to help show us again the various vehicle features and paperwork.
