Blake was very helpful as well with the finance aspect and also guided us in our decision making process to further protect our purchase. Both Luis and Blake were respectful of our needs. We have had several vehicles serviced with their service department and have always found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our new 2016 Honda Pilot Touring is awesome and we feel great that is backed by a great service department and additional purchased protection. He kept up to date when we had to do a deal trade to get the color hrv we wanted and was very sincere and apologetic when the process of the dealer trade took longer the anticipated.
