Tony is fantastic, as is the dealership Great Experience. I have nothing but great things to say about both Tony Carroll and Zimmerman Honda. It was a completely painless experience. We visited four dealers I have nothing but great things to say about both Tony Carroll and Zimmerman Honda. It was a completely painless experience. We visited four dealerships and also negotiated with two online including the other local Honda dealership and by far this was the place that we felt comfortable due to a friendly staff and no high pressure sales tactics. I do not make impulse purchases and let Tony know ahead of time we like to take our time when making major purchases. Tony was perfect. He answered any phone call I made and if I had a question and he wasn't sure of the answer, he didn't make something up (unlike a competitor), he found the correct answer out for me. He is extremely courteous and helpful as was the rest of the staff. Off the top of my head, Marty, RC, Brian, and Sean all spent time talking with us and giving attention to our Chihuahua and Yorkie. As far as price goes, they met our best trade in offer and beat out best sale offer for the car we were purchasing. The price was less than what TrueCar said was a great purchase price. Aaron from finance was also great and found an offer that saved us some basis points on our financing agreement. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially Tony. He will bend over backwards for you and will not pressure you into making a decision before you are comfortable. More

Fantastic Service from Marty and Zimmerman Honda! My husband and I are from Ohio. We were traveling through Moline Illinois for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle My husband and I are from Ohio. We were traveling through Moline Illinois for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle while we were traveling. But we looked at the inventory online (they had what we couldn't find in Cincinnati) and spoke with Marty while we were en route and he invited us to stop along the way. We were so impressed by the entire dealership (cleanliness, technology, greeters at the door, personnel, stock), but in particular with Marty. We ended up buying a Pilot that day because Marty was able to help make a deal that made us feel 100% comfortable. Marty was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and it helped us make our decision quickly. When we picked up the car, Marty walked us through all of the different parts/aspects of the car and he clearly had extensive knowledge of the vehicle. He was able to quickly and confidently answer ALL of our questions. Blake helped negotiate a great rate for the loan and quickly complete the paperwork. Although we were from out of state, Blake was able to take care of all of the Ohio paperwork, taxes, etc. And this was all done in an incredibly courteous and expeditious manner. Bottom line- I would recommend Zimmerman/ Marty to anyone. In fact, we are strongly encouraging the parents/in-laws to start buying their CRVs from Zimmerman. It was an excellent experience! They got the numbers to work in our favor towards the close of the day. Aaron Miguel was very knowledgeable and not pushy - as we were not even looking and just happened to see the 2015 on the lot and went to ask more details about the vehicle. Aaaron Miguel was respectful when we told him the deal could not get done on the offers he presented. His last offer was something we were able to work with and were were happy with an upgrade that worked in our favor. We will not hesitate to make the trip back to Zimmerman for our future vehicle purchases. More
