My perfect car I had been looking for a used Honda CR-V in my home area (Peoria) without any success. My children and I were checking out everything within a couple I had been looking for a used Honda CR-V in my home area (Peoria) without any success. My children and I were checking out everything within a couple hours drive when we came across the Zimmerman Honda dealership in Moline. I'd already been to other dealerships and encountered salesmen that I did not want to do business with. But Ben Wallace was wonderful! He asked specific questions to help narrow the search to what I really wanted, and he respected my budget--no high pressure tactics to buy something a little newer, fancier, and pricier. My daughter was with me, and the 2 of us wandered over most of the car lot, checking out everything available. We certainly took up his time but Ben was right there with the information and answers we needed, and no pressure. He has a very open, friendly personality and put us at ease from the start. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles but he was also able to take the complicated dials, buttons and screens and put the information into a context that I could easily understand. Even my daughter was impressed by him, and she is a tough judge of character. I would definitely go to Ben again when I need another vehicle, and have already told friends and family about him. And my car is a dream come true. Love it! More
