Great people to deal with We were not planning on buying a car for a couple years , but due to an accident we had to go car shopping pretty spur of the moment. I looked online and had it narrowed down to 2 cars . The first one we went to look at was an Accord at Zimmerman . We fell in love with the car and Merlin made the whole process of buying it so easy and non stressful . We never even went and looked at the second car. Everyone at Zimmerman was super friendly and the dealership is very clean and modern . I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or a used car . The car we bought was a used certified car and we were treated no differently than if we were buying their most expensive car on the lot . Merlin took a lot of time going over everything on the car , so when we left we were very comfortable with all the new technology of the car . The other dealership kept dragging us along with promises that it was "coming" when we came to find out we really don't think they had one coming. Zimmerman Honda was awesome and really on the ball. They were much busier appearing than the other dealership and that was reassuring, as there is nothing more questionable than a quiet, dead showroom. We would definitely go back again! More
