Excellent customer service!! We were looking for a used but newer Honda Odyssey to purchase. We found a 2014 pre-certified Odyssey at Zimmerman Honda. Marty Curry was great. He was prompt about emailing me information on the vehicle, including the Autocheck report. We drove up the next day and purchased the vehicle. Marty answered all of our questions and made the entire process great. We also worked with Noland Kropf in finance -- he was great as well! Great customer service, great price, great vehicle, great dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson Marty Curry. I will be looking to them again when I am in the market for another vehicle. More

Crv complaints We have a 2012 Honda CR-V. It has a well documented problem. When you start the car after it has been sitting a while or overnight. It sounds like the We have a 2012 Honda CR-V. It has a well documented problem. When you start the car after it has been sitting a while or overnight. It sounds like the starter is going to fall out. Dealership says it has no recall they are working on it. This is a 2012! They have known about this for years but will do nothing to fix it. I will never buy another Honda nor will my kids or family or anyone who will listen to me. Look it up online it's well documented. More

He quickly narrowed my search to a several options. I chose a 2014 Pilot 4wd with only 13000 miles. After some negotiation we agreed on a price. The Pilot had slight pull to the left. Ben assured me that it would be taken care of. He handled the appointment and the work was completed without hassle. I've recommended Ben to family and friends without reservation. More

Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I recently bought a 2015 Acura RDX that had 7000 miles on it. We dealt with Vanessa Lager to negotiate a price on the vehicle, and were a My wife and I recently bought a 2015 Acura RDX that had 7000 miles on it. We dealt with Vanessa Lager to negotiate a price on the vehicle, and were able to get a very good deal. This was the best possible deal we found anywhere in northern Illinois. Before signing the paperwork we took the RDX on a test drive and closely inspected the vehicle, which was in virtually new condition. We then bought the RDX and proudly drove it home, very satisfied. However the next day in the sunlight we found a 2 foot long scratch on the tailgate which was difficult to see. I took pictures of the damage and sent them to Vanessa, and after conferring with her by phone an appointment was made to paint the scratch. We felt we were partially at fault for not noticing the damage before we bought the car, and no one at the dealership noticed the damage either. We were worried we would have to pay for the paint job, but when we picked RDX up Vanessa informed us the dealership would pay for the repair at her insistence! We found Vanessa to be very courteous, honest, and forthright. We would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone and look forward to buying our next car there! More
