Initially I would have given both Mike and Zimmerman 5 star reviews but I feel like I was a little mislead. I was told upon picking up my Car that it would be detailed, filled with gas, and the back tire star reviews but I feel like I was a little mislead. I was told upon picking up my Car that it would be detailed, filled with gas, and the back tire would be fixed because it was leaking. When I picked it up it had not been cleaned inside and the gas tank was not filled like they said. The tire seemed to be fixed but about a week after having the car it already started to leak again. Now my car won’t start and has just been sitting in my driveway. Guessing it needs a new alternator. I’ve only had the car 2 weeks More

I shopped online for my new CRV and couldn’t be happier with Mike Jerrin and all of Zimmerman Honda. He called me after my online request and we talked about it. The whole deal was made remotely. Eric was with Mike Jerrin and all of Zimmerman Honda. He called me after my online request and we talked about it. The whole deal was made remotely. I saw a vehicle online, used the computer assistant to send a message that I wanted to have a test drive, and was driving the car a few hours later. I liked the car and with Bryn's assistance, was able t send a message that I wanted to have a test drive, and was driving the car a few hours later. I liked the car and with Bryn's assistance, was able to buy it later that day. The purchase time went quickly and Bryn took the time to sit in the car with me and show me all of the features. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel any pressure at any point. I loved working with her and recommend her and Zimmerman's if you are looking for a vehicle. More
