No high pressur The minute you walk into this dealership you get a sense of a positive culture and that transcends to a wonderful customer experience. No high pressure sales tactics, warm friendly employees and Randy Hill was a pleasure to interact with. He answered all my questions and when I called he was readily available or responded to my voicemails in a very timely manner. On the day my wife and I picked our new car Randy spent a good 90 minutes with us in the vehicle going over various aspects of the car. It did not stop there - he said if we have any questions we should not hesitate to call. The customer service does not stop after the sale. There is a big difference purchasing a vehicle from a family owned business. I am convinced the customer is treated with dignity and respect and cared for after the sale. It should be noted I visited several other dealerships as we considered a new vehicle. I also would like to mention that the greeting with the receptionists was very positive - first impressions are very important. More

Purchase of a 2018 Honda HRV I decided on Wednesday to look at three different makes of SUVs: Honda HRV, Nissan Rogue Sport, and Toyota RAV 4. Test drove the different vehicles. I decided on Wednesday to look at three different makes of SUVs: Honda HRV, Nissan Rogue Sport, and Toyota RAV 4. Test drove the different vehicles. I felt most comfortable driving he HRV. Matt Rizzo was very helpful with the HRV explaining it's functions and came up with a plan to buy the car. I did not trade another vehicle. On Wednesday evening I called and told Matt I wanted the HRV. On Thursday I took delivery of the HRV and was given great service and advice. Matt was very low key, which is my kind of sales person.
