Best Customer Service Ever. I was in the process of moving from California to Davenport and needed a car when I arrived. I found one at Zimmerman Honda online, I called the dealership and told them my situation - they pulled the car, held it for me and two weeks later Randy was at the airport to pick us up, me, 3 bags, a 4 year old and a car seat! Some signed paperwork later and we were driving home. I am extremely impressed with their service, friendliness and professionalism. When it is time to buy again they will be my first stop. Love my Honda, Love Zimmerman's I traded in my 2010 Pilot (which I bought Certified from Zimmerman's 3 years ago) and upgraded to a new, 2017 Pilot Elite. I knew I wanted to go back I traded in my 2010 Pilot (which I bought Certified from Zimmerman's 3 years ago) and upgraded to a new, 2017 Pilot Elite. I knew I wanted to go back to Zimmerman's as they provided a great deal, helpful sales people and great customer service in both buying and servicing my Pilot. I loved that I could email Jim, tell him what I was looking for, my budget, etc. and he had the test drive lined up and financing started before I walked in the door. He even stayed late on buying day to walk me through personalizing the set up of all the features in my new car. I know my Pilot is in good hands going forward for service as well. Honda are made to last and I'm trusting them to keep my family safe on the road for years to come. More
