Bryn Gatz is the best sales professional that we have worked with. She enthusiastically showed us different trim levels and the features of each. We met through an internet inquiry on behalf of my daughter. She helped my daughter in her search that ultimately led to a different make. But, I was so impressed with the product and Bryn’s approach that I brought my wife back to purchase a new vehicle. She put us at ease in our decision to purchase a vehicle with a high trim level - our first hybrid. We completed the sale with Kyle Ruser who guided us through the financial process and spoke about the different options that the dealership offered for protection and extended warranty. We chose the 3 recommended protection options for a high spec vehicle. This happened because Bryn and Kyle effectively explained the value in the options we were selecting. Regarding the facility, Zimmerman made an excellent choice in the site and building design. The dealership has a beautiful setting overlooking wooded hills through large glass windows. The facility is modern and kept neat and tidy. More

My Apple Car Play went out on Wednesday. After trying a number of things to get it back, I decided since I was close to my Dealer, Zimmerman Honda, I would stop by there to see if anyone co After trying a number of things to get it back, I decided since I was close to my Dealer, Zimmerman Honda, I would stop by there to see if anyone could help. I realized as soon as I got out of my car that they had closed 10 minutes prior. As I went to get back in my car a young man who had been putting on a license plate a few cars past me, stood up and asked if he could help me. I told him I didn't realize they had closed and needed help with CarPlay. He then came over and introduced himself as Ben Jones and said he would be happy to look at it for me. I knew he was in the middle of something and that the Dealership had closed, but he spent at least 20 minutes trying to get it going. At the end, he suggested doing a "factory reset" at home and then coming by the next day as any of the sales people would help set it up again for me. And that's one of the reasons I returned to Zimmerman Honda to purchase my new car last year! The salespeople are exceptional! Although I am a "senior", Ben never once made me feel like my situation was my fault or that I didn't know what I was doing. He took his time and explained everything. Then the next day to my surprise he was there and helped me reset everything and got my CarPlay going again! So here's a big Shout Out to Ben and all the staff at Zimmerman. I will be sure to highly recommend you for sales and service. More
