This was our second purchase from Luis Arango at Zimmerman Honda. We love to work with him. He is honest and I think has the purchaser's best interests in mind. He gives good advice. Cash was paid each time, so no financing needed, but never any pressure to buy add ons and no waiting around. They keep it moving. As 2 women, they treated us with respect and never talked down to us or "mansplained." As a business woman, I appreciate that. We always kept Luis in mind because every year my daughter receives a birthday card from him and an occasional card reminding us to send car buyers his way. Love the way he does business-old school.
