one very unhappy customer. purchased used Jeep .2008 Liberty. Had it less than a week when a few warning lights kept coming on. Called to make appointment to have checked. In me purchased used Jeep .2008 Liberty. Had it less than a week when a few warning lights kept coming on. Called to make appointment to have checked. In mean time, while driving down highway at 60 mph, jeep decided to go into low gear. It would not come out of low. Had to tow to Dealer, where they charged me $716.04 for a TIPM card. Extremely unhappy with Zimmer dealership and the I really don"t give a xxxx attitude of the service department. More

Bad Service Made a service appointment 10 days prior, and car wasn't even looked at. They must have preferred customers, because I dropped the car off at 7:30am. highway breakdown While traveling home (200 miles from home) we had an alternator go out while traveling down the highway. Roadside assistance towed it to this dealer sunday afternoon. First thing monday morning we called and spoke with the service department and explained our situation. The service department fit us in their busy schedule and had us back on the road shortly after lunch monday. Being a master technician and managing and owning shops myself i know busy things can be. Thanks for getting us back on the road and being so courteous. I highly reccomend you guys ! More

Lucas, Tim Hicks, Brian Maegly, Leslie Alexander, Jason Brooks, Keith Rigsby, Robert Mardis, Charlene Prescot, William Dean, Bill Grau, Adam Ledford and Rich Zimmer in the body shop) have been most polite, courteous and helpful. While I have never dealt with your mechanics(your policy doesn't allow) I can honestly say I have never found the need to complain about their work. More

Thank you Lee and Mrs. Zimmer! I have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the years. My last 5 vehicles have been Chrysler products. I recently bought a brand new Ra I have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the years. My last 5 vehicles have been Chrysler products. I recently bought a brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn. I have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle from the window not working to the fuel pump going out and it doesn't even have 4,000 miles on it yet. Things happen and I understand that, however the customer service in the service department is horrible. You have to go to battle with them everytime to get a loaner vehicle while your brand new truck valued at $46,000 sits in the shop. They are less than helpful and to the point of being rude. When you spend this kind of money and the truck is in the shop all the time you would at least expect to get a loaner vehicle, well not so much according to the service person I dealt with. He stated, "I don't think we can do that." Last time I buy from this place again. If you expect to get taken care of by Zimmer Motors when there is a problem I hope you like disappointment. Update: Lee Fogel got a hold of me over my issues. To say he took care of the problem would be an understatement. Mr. Fogel is extremely professional, listened to my concerns, and took care of the problem. Very helpful and customer focused. If I owned a business he would be the first person I would hire. Thank you Lee for all the help and Mrs. Zimmer! More
